Personally I did not follow the entire course because of a lack of time…

I even played 16th notes singles with my hands at 240bpm for 3 to 4 bars, which was absolutely impossible a few months ago.
I can now use my fingers more on my weak hand, there is still a lot of work to be done but I’m not giving up!

my left hand really gained some speed, I learned to use my fingers more than my wrists!
Before the course my left hand speed limit was 190bpm in 8th notes, now I can go up to 210bpm and maintain it for 1 minute.
